Ireland is deemed to be an average performer in the latest EU study on eGovernment.Our online sophistication level comes in at 78%, around the EU27+ average.

But the Capgemini comparison notes that in terms of public services which offer full online availability our score of 50% means that our relative positioning has dropped from the top quarter to the third quarter.
