2. The role
We have an interim vacancy for a marketing intern, commencing in early September. This is not a JobBridge internship: AMAS will pay the successful candidate.
We offer varied work in a fast-paced environment, as much responsibility as you can shoulder and the chance to learn, learn, learn.
The intern will assist in project fulfilment and business development activity with current and prospective clients. He/she will help to:
- Prepare proposals and marketing materials
- Generate and qualify leads
- Manage databases and our social media profiles
- Carry out a range of research and online marketing tasks on client projects
- Provide administration and other support services
The intern will get experience of:
- Business development
- Digital and traditional marketing
- Research
- Communications
3. The person specification
We’re looking for a recently qualified marketing or communications graduate who is passionate about the internet.
You should be a self-starter and be able to “pitch” AMAS and its services to existing and prospective clients. You must have good academic qualifications and strong verbal and written communications skills.
You should demonstrate a keen willingness to learn. AMAS will provide both formal and informal mentoring and training to the selected candidate.
